ENERGIRAN has more than 40 years of experience in oil and gas industry and is known as a prominent EPC company. ENERGIRAN has the ability to manage and supervise projects, as well as implementation and construction in upstream oil and gas industry through its facilities and specialists.
Company’s Advantages in projects:

  • Having capable and experienced staff in different departments such as mechanical, electrical, civil, instrument, planning and project control
  • Handling project operation via CCTV and videoconferencing between operational units and head office
  • Completion of incomplete projects of other contractors
  • Operate projects to client’s satisfaction
  • The use of specific oscillation patterns to resolve different scaling issues of hydrocarbon fluid in Dehloran exploitation unit of oil field, for the first time in the industry by our R & D Dep.
  • Integrated storage systems throughout operational units
  • Set up committee In order to make on time and efficient decisions
  • Adjusting shifts in operational units to get the projects done on time

INSTALLATION AT SITE

ENERGIRAN has a successful background of construction and installation for the packages and equipment which to be installed at site such as storage tanks, air cooled heat exchangers and most of process units and packages.

For instance ENERGIRAN Storage tank construction process is divided into semi precast and on-site installation of two parts.

Semi-finished products: the bottom of the tank, the tank wall prefabricated, tank top and other components are prefabricated

On the spot installation method: divided into flip chip construction technology, construction technology and special formal construction technology.

All required considerations are mentioned in ENERGIRAN installation & operation manual such as foundation design and construction process, excavation of foundation pit, Reinforced concrete, Earthwork backfilling and compaction of backfill soil, sand blast, and Slope protection construction.

For the tubular heat exchanger ENERGIRAN installation position required may be used for venting and draining via the connecting branches. ENERGIRAN installation team makes sure that the heat exchanger is properly vented when filling it. ENERGIRAN team, install all the connecting piping and any supports that may be required so that an unobstructed heat expansion of the heat exchanger is ensured by ENERGIRAN installation team.

ENERGIRAN Installation group consider the position for heat exchangers with steam as internal medium. The installation position should preferably be such that the tubes are arranged vertically. ENERGIRAN installation team makes sure that the tubes may expand as described above. If the heat exchanger is designed for horizontal installation, it will be constructed so that the tubes are inclined towards the condensate side, or the heat exchanger must be installed with such an inclination of the tubes (about 2°). If the system works with condensate depression, ENERGIRAN provides a separate condensate depression device in the downstream of the steam operated heat exchanger.

  • All the equipment and units supplied by ENERGIRAN will be installed by qualified personnel who have solid understanding of system design, pressure and temperature ratings, and piping assembly.
  • The service conditions of the system prior to applying any shell & tube heat exchanger are verifies.
  • The installation plan would be executed to meet the requirements indicated on the piping installation diagram as client’s specification.

  • The indicated port assembly sequence in the ENERGIRAN diagram maximizes the performance, and minimizes the possibility of thermal shock. In instances where the fluids are required to be reversed, hot fluid in the tubes and cold fluid in the shell the heat exchanger will work with reduced performance.

PRE-COMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING

Correct commissioning is vital based on ENERGIRAN business strategy to the satisfactory operation of any plant or equipment.

A schedule will be established with benchmarks and monitoring activities by ENERGIRAN commissioning team, in order to keep track of progress.

Before a unit, equipment or facility is handed over for normal operation; it will be inspected, checked, cleaned, flushed, verified and tested by ENERGIRAN commissioning department. This process will be performed by ENERGIRAN pre-commissioning team and involves both the contractor and operator of the equipment or unit.

The transition from construction to operation is the commissioning and startup. Processing equipment or unit commissioning embraces activities such as cleaning, flushing, verifications, leak tests, performance evaluation and functional tests essential for bringing a newly installed plant or facility into routine operation.

  • Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management plan

HSE Plan has been developed by ENERGIRAN for the projects. In addition, other plans and procedures to cover the inherent risks associated with pre-commissioning, commissioning, and other activities as well as risks associated with the performance of these activities while others are working in adjacent areas of the facility.

ENERGIRAN commissioning can be divided into three main activities:

  1. Commissioning preparation
  2. Commissioning execution
  3. Commissioning documentation and handover to operation

ENERGIRAN commissioning preparation required to maintain two types of records:

  1. ENERGIRAN Commissioning Preparation Check Record

  • Valves and equipment flow direction correct.
  • Orifice plates installed check plate tab and its description.
  • All instruments hooked up.

  1. ENERGIRAN Instrument Installation and Inspection Installation check

  • Check the instrument against the datasheet.
  • Check CE marking.
  • Check calibration certificates.
  • Installation check
  • Leakage test
  • Flushing carried out.
  • Transmitter Loop Checklist
  • Process Switches Checklist
  • PID Controller Checklist
  • PLC Digital Input Checklist
  • Instrument Installation Checklist
  • Calibration and testing of instruments prior to installation by ENERGIRAN
  • Visual inspection for complete and correct installation by ENERGIRAN
  • Insulation and continuity testing of cables
  • Cleaning, flushing, pressure and leak testing of pneumatic and hydraulic tubing by ENERGIRAN
  • Adjustment of control, alarm and shutdown settings
  • Loop testing
  • Function testing of control systems
  • Function testing of field instruments
  • Punch point list for field instruments
  • Area completion
